• Ella - We are sorry if you are having difficulties turning off the Call Screening feature on the VTech CS5129-26. Here's the procedure on how to turn it off: Step 1: Press MENU when the phone is in idle mode. Step 2: Press ▼ or ▲ to choose Answering Sys and press SELECT. Step 3: Press ▼ or ▲ to choose Ans Sys Setup and press SELECT. Step 4: Press SELECT to select Call Screening. Step 5: Press ▼ or ▲ to choose On or Off, then press SELECT to save.
