• Man - Using the cordless handset, press MENU, then scroll to >Answering sys. Press MENU, You will see >Announcement. Press MENU, and follow the prompts to record your greeting. You can also set other answering system features by pressing MENU, scroll to >Answering sys, scroll to >Ans sys setup, press MENU, scroll the desired feature, such as # of rings.
