“One of the two handsets on my new Vtech CS5129-26 is not working, not charging and it's been charging for a week. So I think it's a bad battery, as someone here advised me earlier. How do I get a new battery for this handset?”

Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the VTech CS5129-26. The battery may not charge if the charger is not plugged in securely to a known working electrical outlet. Make sure that the charger is connected to a working outlet not controlled by a wall switch. If you are still having issues with the unit, you can contact our Customer Support at 1-800-595-9511.
