“Is there a way to make the phone ring longer before it goes to voicemail? My in laws have a problem getting to the phone in time before it goes right to voicemail.”

• Yes this phone can be set to 2,3,4,5 or 6 rings. There is also a feature called Toll Saver which will answer after 2 rings if you have new messages and 4 rings if you have no new messages.

• Voicemail is a service of your provider. It is different and independent of the answering system of CS6124. Can you increase the # of rings on CS6124? Yes. Using the handset MENU, go to >Answering Sys; >Ans sys setup; ># of rings. You can set the # of rings to a maximum of 6.
