• Yes, there are also extra handsets on this site. Just do a search for "Vtech DECT" and there should be "expansion handsets" in the results.

• Red - Accessory handsets are available @ vtechphones.com and may also be available @ Best Buy. However, you need the model number of your base system in order to ensure you're buying the compatible accessory handset. Thanks!

• Best Buy does not. I had to purchase mine directly from VTech, to get the best price.
