• Hi, The telephone base of the VTech DS6151 has 2 line ports labeled as L1/L2 and L2. You use both line ports if you have 2 lines coming out of separate jacks. For 2 lines from 1 jack, you just have to connect an RJ14 going to the L1/L2 port.
