“I have a DS6251-2 system. My second line is not working properly. It rings and line 2 lights up but when I answer I can’t hear the person and they can’t hear me. There is also no dial tone and I can’t make calls out from line 2.”

• Lynn - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the VTech DS6251-2. You may need to reset the system by disconnecting the AC power on the telephone base and batteries on the cordless handsets. Wait for 1 minute before reconnecting the AC power and batteries, then test the unit again.
