• Yeah, mine does the same thing, I meant to get out instructions and review set up but have not gotten around to it yet, mine seems to only ring on vtech but must answer cell phone and I also have iPhone 5s .Sorry probably not much help but your not the only one.

• This system doesn't work with iPhones. Can call out but can't answer incoming calls. Android works perfectly.
