Thank you for your inquiry. We are sorry you had difficulty in registering your Innotab Max. The Learning Lodge required to do this is currently not available due to a data breach that was discovered on Nov 24, 2015. We are currently working to resolve the issue and hope to have the Learning Lodge back up as soon as possible.
