• My daughters KidiBuzz G2 is not working it was out of battery and so she charged it and when she plug it in after it’s 100% it will show the 100% sign but then when she unplugs it that green light that’s on it turns off the screen shut down and it won’t work

• YOu first have to press down the power button and power the kidibuzz off. I can fix your problem! First you press the home, help button and then the minus volume button. Press them all together and then let go of the power button once you see a white screen. REMEBER EVERYTHING WILL DISSAPEAR YOUR MEMORY EVERYTHING so yeah then just press make it to factory settings then YES! IT WORKS HOPE THIS HELPS! sub to my YT@AmazingSora
