Hi Adan.This is a communication device for kids that operates over WiFi. There is no cellular or data plan associated with it. KidiBuzz must be connected to a wireless network for the messaging app KidiConnect to work and for your child to surf the web, however; the camera features, music player, and games are all available offline. You cannot make calls. You can text or send audio recordings to people on the approved list, but they have to also download the Kidi Connect app.
