don't trust people saying it's not possible. its possible to install any android apk on this device.. I just did it. You just need basoc knoledge of how android is working. you need to find a website that host apk file go into Parental Control Use parantal webbrowser Download and Install the apk Allow you child to use the apl Right know i successsfully installed : * plex * disney plus * netflix * Radae Reader App

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To ANYONE reading this; do NOT buy this product if you are expecting to donwload streaming apps. We purchased the KidiBuzz G2 and the only appstore available is Amazon. This deivce is solely connected to the amazon app store and will not allow any other apps outside of it to be installed. So given that Disney+ and Netflix are rival streaming services to Prime Video, there is no way to install them. Anyone who is stating that you can, even on the Vtech website, they're either uniformed or straight up lying. This is an Amazon dedicated device, and Prime Video stinks. Waste of money to honest, better off buying a regular tablet as this one is just as fragile and will break as easily as any other form of tablet when dropped. It is not more sturdy because it's a kids product, and the thick plastic is very misleading in that sense. My advice to anyone is that these are garbage products and you can install parental settings (which I'm assuming why people would buy this specific device) on any other tablet. Shame on Vtech and any stores that carry this product. I wanted to give an update on this as this was a recent purchase and this is still an ongoing issue with their devices while continuing to lie and say that you can.

Yes but beware that if the toy is dropped there is a good chance of internally cracking the screen which is not covered under the warranty. Save your money and buy another tablet. OK
