“There is no sound”

• Ours has sound. The volume control is on the side. Also, try looking under the settings to see if there is a mute option. As a last resort, try a factory reset. If you still have no volume, try to exchange the unit. My grandson loves ours!

• Both of my girls have one. One doesn't have sound and the other does. I guess we got a faulty one.
