“Has anyone had issues with the parent unit just stop working where the red light is on but the screen won’t turn on?”

• Van - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your VTech VM5251. If the display won't turn on, try resetting the unit by unplugging the AC adapter and batteries on the parent unit. After 1 minute, reinstall the batteries on the parent unit and plug the AC adapter.
