A:Answer Gomes - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your VTech RM5752. Sometimes the light sensor can get "stuck" thinking the room is dark when it is not, causing Night Vision to turn on. Try to shine a flashlight, smartphone flashlight or other bright light at the front of the camera to try to reset the light sensor. You may also reset the unit by disconnecting the power adapter on the baby unit and wait approximately 15 seconds. Reconnect and try again. If this does not help, you can contact our Customer Support at 1-800-595-9511. We are open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays.
