Hi - We are sorry to hear about your trouble with the VTech RM5752. If you are using multiple accounts to log in to MyVTech Baby 1080p, this is a normal scenario. We suggest for you to only use one account to log in to your and your wife's mobile app for you to be able to view the image from the VTech RM5752 on 2 different devices at the same time.
