A: I use mine to watch my mom in her she-shed but had to use wifi extenders to boost the signal from the house to her location. If you have a poor signal you will get constant notices about loss of signal and it will go into search mode until it speaks to camera again. Hope this helps. A: Randy - It is possible to access and view your camera using several devices. However, as each camera only supports one account, you will need to use the same login details (username and password) to login on each additional smart device to view the camera. It is not possible to create multiple accounts to access the same one camera. You can access your camera on up to 4 devices at the same time, if all devices are connected to the same home Wi-Fi network. If you are viewing your camera remotely (when the smart devices are on a different network than the camera), you can have up to 10 devices connected at the same time. Thank you, -VTech Support

Other equipment can interfere with the use of your baby monitor, try placing the parent unit at least 3 feet away from WiFi devices, including laptops, smartphones, router, tablets and other WiFi streaming devices. You can also try moving the parent or baby unit around to find a location with better reception. A: I'm not sure why the other person said the camera doesn't tilt down bc they are wrong, it tilts down or up or you can angle it from side to side.

Q: Hello, Will this camera work both on the monitor and also on my cellphone (to use while at work)?
A: Yes, it will. I do have better luck using my tablet at work, as we have had problems with the camera disconnecting from our phones. This might be because our internet is sketchy at times now, but I have not had that problem with my tablet, and do access the camera from work.
