“Why is my parent unit not connecting to the monitor? This is the second one I have bought. It finds the camera and tries to connect but won’t. It’s says no camera link. I tried resetting them and it still doesn’t work. Very frustrated Mama.”

HI - We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with the VTech RM5752. Other equipment can interfere with the use of your baby monitor, try placing the parent unit at least 3 feet away from WiFi devices, including laptops, smartphones, router, tablets and other WiFi streaming devices. You can also try moving the parent or baby unit around to find a location with better reception. Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi. Mine did the same, however, I was able to connect on the Mobile hotspot.
