Jordie - We apologize if you are having issues with your VTech IS6200. The headset should ring when there's an incoming call. We recommend that you contact our Customer Support at 1-800-595-9511, we are open Mondays thru Fridays from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Thank you. ~VTech Support
