“Is this pen compatible with a Surface Book 2 operating WIndows 10 - 64 Bit? I bought this pen and have not been able to hook it up to my laptop at all. What is the trick? Or do I need to just buy a Surface pen instead? HELP!!”

If this is the Wacom Stylus that says bamboo and windows ink on it, then the correct answer is yes, any touch screen laptop or desktop monitor it works great on. If your computer doesn't have windows ink setup that means you won't be able to use it. It's all about the right software that works with the hardware.
