• Yes, we are running it on WIndows 10. Just download the drivier for Windows 10.

• at first it there were compatibility problems with windows 10 which have been updated and resolved

• It's compatibility is shaky. There's a driver on Windows that CONFLICTS with the tablet itself. If you can live with that shaky relationship or somehow manage to remove the Windows driver for tablets then this is for you.
