Does the tablet come with software? null

In a way it does. If you own a wacom product or not, it will pop up with information of the tablet when you plug it it and guide you to download the drivers. If you are talking about the art software like Photoshop or such, no it does not. Another side note, if you are using sounds or such, be sure to adjust the audio input because the computer will consider the tablet as an audio output device. It does not have speakers so if you are playing YouTube with this plugged in and no sound is coming out, this is why.
