• YES! Think of this tablet as a mouse. It does have a drawing program included but you can also use it as your mouse for PC. This was purchased for my son and he uses it for a video game "osu" and he can write in note pad and it types what he writes (pretting cool device). He has also drawn some really cool pictures and edits them in paint. This is a great tablet, well worth the investment.

• I have mine going back and forth between a MacBook Pro and a Windows desktop (Dell), and it seems to work pretty flawlessly between the two once the drivers are installed. There's a USB cable included in the box, so it's easy to plug in and go. Hope this helps!
