“If you move your pen over the screen, (Like not touching it, but rather hovering it over), will it show where the pen is? (Like if I were to take my pen off for a moment, if not, I wouldn't know where to put the pen again, if that makes sense.)”

Yes if you hover over the tablet it will just follow your hand and start agin when you put the pen back down on the drawing surface
