CONTACT WACOM CUSTOMER SERVICE , THEY WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITH THE SERIAL NUMBERS , I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM , I FORGET WHAT I WAS DOING WRONG , BUT THEY WILL HOOK YOU UP !
