• I think this is referring to the power adapter you would need if you are not in North America. It only comes with a North American power cable. Not European or others.

• You shouldn't need a third party adapter if you are just using it on your computer or laptop. The third party adapter is to plug it in to tvs and such to use as a second screen. Remember that the Wacom one does not store your work directly to the tablet but to your computer or laptop.

• This comes with everything you need to hook it up to a computer. There is a custom adapter that it comes with that has power and HDMI and USB in it. It coerces these into a single connection on the Tablet side, but you will need an outlet, a USB port, and an HDMI connection on the PC/house side.
