Q: QuestionNothing like smelling smoke from an electric fireplace. The original insert didn't last a month into the cold season, which was after the warranty had ended. What is the size of the insert? Where can I purchase a new insert?

• A:Answer Unfortunately, there isn't an option to change the fireplace display. The fireplace is easily controlled by two switches on the face of the unit. The settings are: heat with flame, flame only for ambiance or off. Hope this helps!
