• TV stand does not come assembled. Instructions for assembly are fairly straight forward, but it does take several hours to assemble. Almost all the holes were predrilled, but there are a lot of parts and connections.

• Hi Bigshow, It does not, the item ships ready to assemble with step-by-step instructions and all parts and hardware. You can purchase an in-home assembly service through Best Buy called "the Geek Squad" but would need to discuss details with your local Best Buy. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
