“The description States this will fit of 65" TV however told me 58" wide how is it possible”

Television screens are measured diagonally. It matches up perfectly with my 65 inch.

The TV screen is measured diagonally so 65 inches is from top left to bottom right. The width is usually 57-59 inches

Hi Margie, That's the largest size of TV we recommend for the stand. The stand itself is 58" wide, but can support TV's up to 65". A TV that large would have a little bit of overhang, but still will fit. Let us know if you have any other questions!
