Does this unit come pre-assembled null

Hi Steve, It does not, assembly is required. However it ships with all parts and hardware, as well as step by step assembly instructions. You can purchase an in-home assembly service through Best Buy called "The Geek Squad" but you would need to discuss pricing with them directly. Our TV stands take about an hour to put together on average. Hope that helps!
