• It's a two-man lift, definitely. The mailman delivered it on a trolley.

• Hi Corky, This unit is 95 LBS when fully assembled and ships at 100 LBS. We recommend having someone to help you lift it, including when it's assembled and being positioned in your home to avoid breaking any supports. We hope this helps with making your decision!
