Does oven get very hot on the outside? null

Yes the oven gets hot on the outside. But not any hotter than other toaster ovens I've used.

It gets hot but no more than other toaster ovens I've had & less than some. It cools off quickly.

Outside dimensions are 17 1/2 wide 11 deep 10 1/2 high. Inside cooking area 10 wide 9 deep 6 high. Top gets very warm. I have glass collectible bottles sitting on the top and sometimes the bottles are on a pot pad on top of the oven.
