Could be a loose connection internally. I would take it apart and I bet it'd be pretty apparent what the issue is
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are several possibilities. Can you try the following items please: 1. Check your connection to the house power. 2. Leave the area for 10 minutes to give time for the floodlight to reset without you triggering them. Return and check the floodlight by turning on the power for at least a minute, then turning it back on. 3. Make sure you are testing the floodlight in darkness. Can you also check the USB power cable connection? If this does not resolve your issue, kindly let us know.
