• This power cable is for 120v AC (United States) power. It is designed with a weatherproof connector on the camera end for outdoor use. The electrical outlet end is not weatherproof. I have this cable installed with the outlet end in my garage with the cable routed outside to an Arlo Pro 2 camera and it works great.

• Yes it is designed for outdoor use, it has a designed seal at the plug to help keep condensation to enter the plug. Also it is adapted to be used in the US.
