Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Heidi, The HAF-CIN filter is the correct replacement cartridge for your RS265TDBP Refrigerator. It's normal for the cartridges to undergo some design modifications on occasion. Please try pressing the dispenser paddle for several seconds after installing the new filter to give it time for air to flush through the lines, and make sure the water supply valve is turned on. If water still doesn't dispense, please call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can help determine the appropriate course of action to resolve the issue. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
