“The manual for the RF2HFENDSR shows and says use the HAF-CIN filter...are you saying this is not the case? The diagram shows the blue fridge water line going thru the HAF-CIN....however I have the HAF-CIN/EXP and I see no way to run the water line thru it.”

Samsung has several similar models of Refrigerator (including the RF26HFPNBSR) which do have built-in filtration systems and use the HAF-CIN filter; the RF26HFENDSR does not. For this reason it's recommended that you consult with either your Best Buy retailer or plumber for help choosing an external system and compatible filter cartridge that will suit your needs. - Ms. Samsung

• How long have you had the fridge?We may have the same model but a redesign where it may require a different filter.
