“Hello, I recently purchased the Waterpik complete care Sonic 5.0 on February 27,2020. As of today, March 17,2020, my waterpik will not turn on and my toothbrush will not charge. Is there a way to troubleshoot my device?”

• Register your Waterpik Flosser, start a claim for a replacement. Waterpik is a great company, who has exceptional customer support.
