Is this product good to use on implants? null

It works so well with my crown. It makes me feel like I've just left the dentist and has helped deep cleaning around my crown.

Yes it is. In fact I am pleased the way it works. No more gum irritation or infection due to food getting in under the implants. Highly recommend it.
