Why is it not charging? null

Just re-lift and reset the toothbrush on the docking part and it will charge. If it isn’t charging it’s because it’s charged. Or if the light doesn’t turn on, it’s charged already.

It must be defective . Plug it into another outlet and see if it works. If not, take it back and get another one.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
