“There are black flecks that are coming out of the bottom of the toothbrush when i removed the floss cord. What is the best way to address this issue? Thank you for your help.”

• I just clean and rinse the area with a little bit of white vinegar and water and use another old toothbrush to scrub the hole and little edges.

• push the button on the back of the handle to release the cord and clean inside. cleaning instructions are on their website
