Does this have A DRAM Cache? null

No, but a ram cache is pointless to have on an SSD with a cache. The flash modules that are used for RAM are used in SSD modules. So storage on SSDs operate at the same speed, RAM only is faster because it has a closer and wider connection with the CPU. If anyone tries to upcharge you with a cache, then don't buy it.
