Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you don't have the correct connector (bus), any adapter will downgrade the speed to the proper connector. So if you have a PCIe-to-SATA connector, you will only get SATA speeds. Therefore, you would do better to purchase a 2.5" SSD with a SATA connector and use that (with a 2.5"-to-3.5" adapter if you don't have the proper space in your PC, which might happen with an older motherboard or case.
