I would like to say yes. You just have to check the following: 1. The power supply with the desktop has the attachment to power another drive( most likely yes since most power supplies come with extra) 2. You have a spare sata cable and your mother board can accept another hard drive. Just follow the wire from the ssd to the motherboard and if theres another slot youll be good. You just may also need to buy the cable. 3. Your pc case space for an additional drive It should just be plug and play and then some formatting to the drive to make it recognizable by your pc.
