• The warranty might not cover that. The sata cables love to pry the sata key plsstic off. I gently straighten the pins and used a 2.5 to 3.5 tray adapter and now still use the two i broke. I now only use adapter cables that use the one piece power and sata plug for better strength of the unit to keep from breaking any more. I tend to be rougher than most plugging and unplugging somehow.
