Windows 10 is not installed. An additional license is required for Windows 10. Once the SSD is installed in a windows computer there are a variety of methods to copy the data. One of the easier methods is to use File Explorer to drag and drop files from an existing HDD or SSD to the new one. It is possible to create a bootable copy of an existing C: drive. To transfer all the information from your old to new drive purchase a USB SATA docking station and use a program like clonezilla, Acronis, Macrium Reflect, or Easeus ToDo Backup or many others to transfer the data.
