Only if its a sata drive as far as I know without possibly some type of conversion. Sorry, I not that good and I don't know anything about your HD.

the hard drive will work for any desktop size computer but keep in mind what it is going to be used for and how much is going on it. For example if you are using it to game with you would want a high rpm like 7200 rpm.
