• Hard drives are mostly universal compatibility wise, the only thing you need to worry about is if it would fit in your computer. Your model holds 2 drives, so unless you or somebody else already put another drive in there, you have room and it is compatible.

• I added one to a dell desktop as a second drive. Technically it should be fine. Just crack the case first and make sure you have a mounting tray and power.
