if your computer support sata then it should work no problem. you may have to buy a bracket if this is a tower. you may also have to clone or do clean install of windows.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I install them in many Dell Desktops. If you are using this or any SSD to increase speed, you may be disapointed. Regardless of what sales people tell you, there is no single silver bullet for increasing computer's speed. The one thing nobody looks at is the computer's "Bus Speed", you can find this by looking up the motherboard's specs. i.e. You can plug a USB 3.0 in a 2.0 port, and it will work, but it speed will only be at 2.0... Bottom line, if your computer has a slow CPU, slow Ram speed, and slow Bus speed, the little speed you would get from a SSD would not justify its cost. I use to build race cars, and people would ALWAYS ask how fast can I make their car go. May answer was always the same "How much money do you have to spend". Computers are the same. Speed cost money.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This should be compatible.
