No, it doesn't fit in newer Macbooks. Years ago, Apple used 2.5" SATA notebook hard disk drives. Recently (probably in the last 5 years honestly) they switched to SSD, specifically the M.2 form factor. Yes M.2 is also SSD, but it does not use the 2.5" SATA form factor, and as such, this Western Digital SSD would not fit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, it will only fit in Macbooks with SSD or HDD drives. Newer Macbooks utilize an embedded SSD that can't be removed or replaced.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It worked in my MacBook pro 13"
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It might fit but not all SSDs play well with Macbooks. Usually it takes someone being the first to try and see if it works and if all features, such as trim, are supported. Unless you know how to check for trim on a Mac or feel like taking a leap of faith your best bet is to check the Mac forums to see if someone with experience has already verified the drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will depend on how old your MacBook is. If your old drive is a mechanical drive, this will likely fit. If you have a newer MacBook, it might have an m.2 drive which is a different form factor and thus will need to be replaced with another m.2 drive and not this SSD.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the MacBook pro had the 2.5" internal HDD inside the machine then it definitely fit into that model, you can easily replace with this new version of the SSD hard disk and you can the difference of the processing speed (Feel like ultra fast). I am tech person and I will definitely recommended to replace traditional hard drive with SSD hard disk.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The new SSD internal 2.5" hard disk will fit in all macbook pro which had the 2.5" HDD traditional hard disks
