“How do you turn it on I have it connected but PlayStation keep saying external drive not connected”

• Make sure you plug it into the right side usb port of your ps4 or if you have a ps4 pro version plug it to the usb in the back of your ps4 pro. Hope that works

• Its always on. You have the USB and the power adapter both plugged in? For the Xbox one I had to format it first too
